Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Arclen website and service located at https://arclen.io (the “Service”) operated by Arclen (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Arclen is a marketing workspace. Page Scan analyzes a landing page URL you submit and produces a diagnostic report with recommendations. Site Studio builds and publishes pages from your brief, and Brand Hub holds your brand assets. Ad Scan and Ad Studio are coming soon and are not yet available. Most actions use credits, described in section 4.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

Create an account using Google authentication
Provide accurate and complete information
Be at least 18 years old
Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Submit URLs to websites you do not own or have permission to analyze
Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Resell or redistribute analysis reports without permission (unless you are on a plan with white-label output, listed in section 5)

4. Payment, Credits and Refunds

Plans

Prices are in US dollars. Most actions in the Service use credits.

Free: $0. 5 credits a day, up to 25 a month.
Starter: $29 a month, or $290 billed once a year. 200 credits a month.
Pro: $79 a month, or $790 billed once a year. 700 credits a month.
Ultra: $149 a month, or $1,490 billed once a year. 1,500 credits a month.
Ultra: $269 a month, or $2,690 billed once a year. 3,000 credits a month.
Ultra: $479 a month, or $4,790 billed once a year. 6,000 credits a month.
Agency: $299 a month, or $2,990 billed once a year. 3,500 credits a month. Agency is arranged with us and is not available at checkout; contact support@arclen.io.

Page Scan needs a paid plan; it is not available on the Free plan. At launch, Starter covers Site Studio.

Billing

Monthly plans are billed every month. Annual plans are billed once a year, at the annual price above.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period and can be canceled at any time with no cancellation fees. Canceling stops the next renewal.
Credits are still granted each month on annual plans. Monthly credits reset each month and do not roll over.
Applicable tax is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing details, and shown before you pay.

Credit packs

If you are on a paid plan, you can buy extra credits in a pack. Each pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription:

100 credits for $19
500 credits for $89
1,000 credits for $169
2,500 credits for $399
5,000 credits for $749

Pack credits expire 12 months after you buy them.
Your monthly credits are used first. Pack credits are used last.
Packs are not available on the Free plan.

Refund Policy

Full refunds and disputes: If we give you a full refund for a subscription payment, or you win a payment dispute with your bank over one, we cancel the subscription and remove the unspent credits granted by that payment. Credits you have already spent stay spent.
Technical failures: If an error on our side stops an action from completing, we review it and return the credits where the error was ours. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we will review it.
Dissatisfaction: We do not offer refunds for dissatisfaction with results, because AI output is delivered as soon as you run an action.

Credits

Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value
Unused credits are non-refundable

5. Intellectual Property

Our Content

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Arclen and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any URLs, ad copy, or other content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to analyze it for the purpose of providing the Service.

Branding and White-Label

Watermark: Pages published on the Free plan carry an Arclen watermark. It is off on Starter and above.
White-label: On Ultra and Agency, output is white-label. The Arclen badge and footer link are removed, and reports can be shared with your clients as your own.

6. Service Improvement & Training Data

To improve the quality and accuracy of our AI-powered diagnosis and recommendations, you grant Arclen a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use anonymized, PII-scrubbed audit findings generated from your scans (including landing page scans and ad diagnoses) as part of our internal quality-improvement corpus (“Arclen Brain”).

This license covers only:

Aggregated audit findings (e.g., categorized issues, severity scores, scrubbed copy excerpts)

This license does not cover, and we will not use for training:

Raw screenshots or page images from your scans
The URLs you submit
Account-identifying metadata (your name, email, company, billing details)
Uploaded assets (ad creatives, brand documents)

Before any finding enters the corpus, it is processed through an automated PII-scrubbing step that removes emails, phone numbers, and personal names. Findings are stored as numeric embeddings alongside their scrubbed text and are purged within 30 days of account deletion or opt-out.

You may opt out at any time from Account Settings. Users in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom will be presented with an opt-out notice on first login after this policy takes effect. See our Privacy Policy for the full retention schedule and your data-subject rights.

Arclen does not share the Brain corpus with third parties and does not ingest external datasets into it.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

Specific conversion rate improvements
Accuracy of AI-generated recommendations
That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Estimated conversion lift percentages are projections based on AI analysis, not guarantees of results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arclen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arclen from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Service settings.

Upon termination:

Your access to the Service will cease
Unused credits will be forfeited
We may delete your data after 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
